Imageboard website 4Chan has reportedly banned any content related to the upcoming Netflix film 'Cuties', which is accused of promoting pedophilia and depicting "underage girls in sexually inappropriate scenarios."

Netflix recently released the trailer for the French film, which hyper-sexualizes 11-year-old girls twerking in a dance group. A petition to remove the movie was started shortly after, accumulating over 60,000 signatures to date.

A screenshot shared to the 4Chan subreddit promised to permanently boot any perpetrators posting any related exploitative imagery.

"Do not post any imagery from this show which sexualizes children. Anyone posting images or videos sexualizing children will receive permanent bans," the moderator wrote in the post. "Netflix may allow this crap, 4chan does not."

In an archived thread on 4Chan, one user asked other posters: "Is ['Cuties'] about 'exploring femininity' or is it pedophilia?" The question was met with numerous responses criticizing the show.

Another user defended the film ahead of its release as well as the streaming service's decision to premiere it, arguing that the film is actually a societal commentary on sexualizing young girls and that viewers are missing the philosophical point.

"This film is about how internet culture is sexualising young girls and how hypersexualisation of women by entertainment media is damaging to girls," the user wrote. "This film is made by a Muslim women who is critiquing modern feminism. The outrage caused by this film is literally proving every point she is trying to make about society."'

"If the internets reaction to a film supposedly about 'how internet culture is sexualising young girls and how hypersexualisation of women by entertainment media is damaging to girls', doesnt that mean the conceit of the film is wrong and ergo it reallt IS just an excuse to normalize pedophilia?" one user volleyed.

The film has already faced backlash for just its poster, which depicts the film's underage stars in revealing clothing as the main character desperately tries to join a "twerking dance crew." Netflix has since updated the poster and changed the language on the service to reflect a "free-spirited dance crew."

"We reached the point where WOKE sjws from Netflix are more degenerate that average 4channers. What were they thinking?" another 4Chan user retorted.
