New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand stopped short of calling for New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to resign following allegations from three accusers, though she was the first Senator to ask for Al Franken's resignation when he was similarly accused.

ABC's Stephanie Ramos pointed out the Senator's apparent hypocrisy on ABC's World News Tonight, Tuesday evening.

"New York's other Senator Kirsten Gillibrand didn't want to talk about it. She was the first Senator to call for Al Franken to resign when he was accused of sexual misconduct," Ramos said.

"Now she's called for an investigation but she has not called for Cuomo to step down," she continued.

Gillibrand called the allegations against the New York Governor "deeply concerning" in a Sunday statement, but has refused to go further with her response.

So far, only one congressional Democrat, Rep. Kathleen Rice of New York, has called for Cuomo to resign, according to the Washington Post.

"The time has come. The Governor must resign." Rice tweeted.

Now there are  three female accusers who have come forward alleging that while working for Cuomo's administration they experienced unwanted sexual advances from the Governor.
