Alleged irregularities in Nevada and Pennsylvania could call election results into question

Alleged irregularities in Nevada having to do with votes illegally cast due to changes of address and voters who had left the state and in Pennsylvania over sudden election rule changes made by Secretary of State Boockvar could call results in those states into question.

As many as 6,000 illegal votes have been exposed in Nevada, according to Trump-hired campaign firms that found thousands of general election voters who are not legal residents of Clark County.

Weir Law Group, in conjunction with Harvey & Binnall, both of which represent President Donald Trump's re-election campaign, penned a cease-and-desist letter on Thursday to attorney Mary-Anne Miller of the Clark County District Attorney's Office alleging that voter fraud was committed under the office's jurisdiction.

The joint legal teams claimed that Clark County registrar for voters Joe Gloria has "yet to take any reasonably basic and fundamental steps to ensure that mail ballots are free from fraud and abuse."

"His inaction has had and continues to have material adverse consequences on our election security," the letter charged, confirming thousands of votes that have been cast improperly.

Initially in the investigation, 3,062 Nevada voters were identified who moved out of the state before the election occurred. The attorneys allegedly verified this finding through cross-referencing a list of general election voters with publicly available change-of-address records.

Demographic experts agreed that that National Change of Address database only captures approximately one-third of relocations. "Consequently, this number will likely grow by 6,000 voters, at a minimum," the Trump-aligned legal advisors predicted.

"As you know, voter fraud is a serious crime, under federal and state law and these fraudulent ballots call into question the legitimacy and integrity of the entire Nevada general election," the memo continued. "This is a direct result of Mr. Gloria's lax procedures for authenticating voter identity and his negligent maintenance of voter results."

The message then asserted that had Gloria's office "used proper and generally accepted procedures to authenticate these ballots," then these "illegal votes would never have permeated into the voter pool, diluting the votes of the honest Nevadans."

The lawyers urged Gloria to "take immediate action to clean the voter rolls and purge them of all ineligible votes," including out-of-state voters and deceased individuals. "Moreover, he should immediately cease authenticating and separating mail ballots until the rolls are cured and take all possible measures to cull improper ballots from the 2019 general election voter pool."

"The time critical nature of this request is self-evident," the law firms signed off, requesting a prompt explanation of Gloria's next steps moving to appease their demands.

This comes after former Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell said on Thursday that the Clark County election officials cannot guarantee there isn't fraud occurring in Nevada voting.

In Pennsylvania, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar has "fundamentally altered the manner in which Pennsylvania's election is being conducted," State Senate leaders wrote on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the mainstream media has ignored the plight from Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati (R-25) and Majority Leader Jake Corman (R-34) calling for Boockvar's immediate resignation in light of her alleged "numerous actions to undermine public confidence in Pennsylvania's elections."

Department of Justice senior advisor John Lott tweeted out the State Senator's issued statement: "The changing guidance she has delivered to counties not only directly contradicts the Election Code language she is sworn to uphold, but also conflicts her own litigation statements and decisions of both the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court."

On Oct. 28, Boockvar told the US Supreme Court that ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day would be segregated, but she reversed the rules on Nov. 1 and directed counties to canvass those ballots as soon as possible upon receipt.

Some counties are unable to follow this directive, which leaves open the possibility that timely votes would be commingled with votes received after the proposed date and time "despite the fact that these votes remain the subject of litigation before the SCOTUS," the State Senators levelled against the policy practice.

The Secretary Department changed the rules again a day later on Nov. 2—less than 12 hours before the polls were to open—when the office provided "last-second guidance directing counties [via email] to provide information to help voters whose mail-in or absentee ballots were incorrectly completed so those residents could vote on a provisional ballot," the State Senate officials further explained.

"The late release of this 'guidance' resulted in inconsistent application across the counties – some of whom contacted voters as directed and some who did not," the statement went on. "There is no basis for this guidance in current law. The Secretary created this new process out of thin air."

"This scattershot approach to Pennsylvania's elections is wholly inappropriate and a direct breach of the positions she is on record of supporting in litigation – a position that Justice Baer specifically said is best left to the legislative branch of Pennsylvania’s government," the State Senators fired.

"As leaders, we simply cannot stand by and allow Kathy Boockvar's blatant disregard for the legislative process and the law to continue. In order for trust to be restored to the Pennsylvania election system, Kathy Boockvar must resign as Secretary of State in Pennsylvania following these most recent efforts to weaken the state’s voting system and damage the integrity and confidence in our elections."
