Chris Sky allegedly threatened to kill every Canadian premier, court documents obtained by CTV News Toronto show.
Sky, whose real name is Saccoccia, allegedly made the threat to his former friend Rob Carbone around May 12.
Carbone allegedly had a falling out with Sky shortly thereafter.
Sky, who is known mainly for recording himself at airports and reciting his Charter rights to police officers to avoid being tested or having to use hotel quarantine facilities, allegedly attempted to drive away from police when they pulled up to his house.
Sky then turned himself in to TPS 53 Division, where he was charged criminally with three counts of uttering death threats, along with one could of assault an officer with a weapon, and one count of dangerous operation of a conveyance.
