Rioters attempted to break down the door of the Portland Police Association, Portland law enforcement said Wednesday night.

"A protest has developed near North Lombard Street and North Campbell Avenue, where participants have tried to break down the door the Portland Police Association. We are monitoring the situation," Portland police tweeted.

Police said they warned protesters to not break into the building or they will be subject to arrest.

"To those participating in the protest, this direction is being given over loudspeaker: stay on the sidewalk, do not try to break into the building or violate any other laws. If you do you're subject to arrest and/or use of force including less lethal weapons."

A later update said that the protest concluded with no arrests made and no one injured, with some vandalism to the area.

Tuesday night, The Post Millennial's Andy Ngo reported that another Antifa protest was an anti-ICE event, and that "approved press" were given special markings so they would not be violently targeted for covering the protest, a common practice during Antifa-related demonstrations. Protests and riots have reportedly caused some $2.3 million in damages in Portland since they flared up in the spring of 2020.
