An Arkansas judge ruled on Monday that Hunter Biden will have to be present for the duration of court hearings relating to the ongoing child support battle with baby mama Lunden Roberts.

"I will no longer allow us to excuse clients," Independence County Circuit Judge Holly Meyer said during a heated Zoom call with Biden's and Roberts' attorneys, according to Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.

“From now on … I want both of your clients at every hearing I conduct,” Meyer said, expressing significant frustrations with how long the litigation has been taking.

Hunter Biden, the president's son, will now have to be present at the next in-person court hearing for the paternity suit, which is slated for May 1 at 9 a.m., NY Post reports.

At the most recent court hearing, Lunden Roberts, a former stripper that Biden knocked up, called for the president's son to be thrown in an Arkansas jail over his refusal to hand over financial records for child support, according to the Daily Mail.

Biden's lawyers tried to renegotiate the monthly amount given to Roberts six months ago citing "loss of earnings", but the single mom is demanding the president's son provide detailed financial records that show the alleged loss of earnings. Biden was given a two-month deadline on February 22 to provide the documents, and his team failed to do so during the most recent court hearing.

Brent Langdon, Hunter Biden's attorney, told Judge Holly Meyer that they are unable to produce the requested financial records because they are believed to be on his laptop which remains in a repair shop, NY Post reports.

Judge Meyer then pressed Langdon about his client's "infamous" laptop, which Biden faces separate litigation over, in which he replied that he's "not in a position to even begin to answer that question," distancing himself from his clients' other legal matters.

The laptop was brought up during the meeting after Langdon filed a motion seeking a restraining order against Garret Ziegler, a former Trump adviser that produced a detailed analysis of Biden's laptop, who Roberts is using as an expert witness in the case, according to the outlet.

The two share a 4-year-old daughter, Navy Jones Roberts, who Lunden is raising on her own as Biden has yet to publicly acknowledge her existence. In 2019, Roberts took the First Son to court where he was forced to provide a DNA test that proved that he was the biological father to Navy. Roberts and Biden had a brief fling in 2017.
