A student union at a Wisconsin high school reportedly sent an email to black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) students, requesting the recipients submit examples of microaggressions "in hopes of educating" school staff.
The memo, titled "BIPOC Student Survey," addressed to students of color at DeForest Area High School in Wisconsin says that the school's BIPOC Student Union is planning a video project based on microaggressions—defined in the message as "indirect or subtle discrimination against members of a marginalized group"—that they've experienced and/or overheard on school grounds.
The video will be presented at a staff meeting "in hopes of educating" faculty and preventing microaggressions from happening in the future. It may also be presented to the student body at a later time, and possibly shared on social media.
Participation is optional, but students are encouraged "to help make a change."
Screenshots of the survey in question was posted by Libs of TikTok, a social media sleuthing account on Twitter that exposes woke insanity in K-12 schools.
A photo example was included in the survey, picturing a student holding a sign that reads: "I don't appreciate you sharing your culture in the classroom."
School districts across America have taken progressive initiatives to new extremes.
A Vermont school district had reportedly cancelled its "Flannel Friday" event for its students and staff, citing concerns with "equity," although plaid was listed from the outset as an option for those who aren't in posession of flannel apparel.
"As we work to dig in and better understand our system with an equity lens, each time we act, we have an opportunity for consideration of how our impact shows up for all. Based on a discussion with our leadership, we are changing Flannel Friday to Favorite Friday!" the district-wide email, also obtained by Libs of TikTok, states.
"Please wear your favorite clothes to school on Friday. This will support everyone in having a day they can participate in and share some joy at the same time," the email sent to families and staff continues. "Feel free to share with others that you are in your favorite clothes and fun stories that go with your choice!"
Meanwhile, a school district in Illinois teaches race and gender propaganda to all lower grades. The progressive LGBTQ+ lessons educate students as young as pre-school ages about lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender concepts.
