A Black Lives Matter activist and alleged Antifa supporter has been arrested for allegedly ramming his car into a Proud Boy member who attended a memorial event for Aaron "Jay" Danielson over Labour Day weekend in Vancouver, Washington.

Charles "Robbie" Holliday-Smith, 30, a Portland-area barber, turned himself in to authorities and was booked into Clark County Jail.

The hit-and-run suspect has posted calls for violence on his social media accounts, which are littered with Antifa content, The Gateway Pundit confirmed.

"I will fight you and will justifiably feel good about beating your ass!" Holliday-Smith threatened "racists" in 2018.

"If you are #racist, run far far away from my #brothers and I," the suspect wrote on Instagram in 2018. "Because we will take action against ANYONE who ignorantly and blindly hates against someone for their skin color or demographics."

The BLM activist further urged others to oppose racism through action.

"[W]ords are worthless without action. And its sad how many people are to cowardly to stand up for their supposed beliefs," he emphasized.

His since-deactivated barber shop business page has attempted to justify violence in the name of social justice.

"After MLK was assassinated, 100 American cities started rioting, causing $47 million in damages. On the 6th day, the Civil Rights Act of 1968 was passed," he posted in an image.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Holliday-Smith is also a patched member of the Mongols Motorcycle Club, which is "an extremely violent [Outlaw Motorcycle Gang] that poses a serious criminal threat to the Pacific and Southwestern regions of the U.S." according to the Department of Justice. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms (ATF) agents have called the Mongols "the most violent and dangerous OMG in the nation. "

The Mongols are involved in the transportation and distribution of cocaine, marijuana and methamphetamine and known to frequently commit assault, intimidation, and murder "in defense of their territory" and "to uphold the reputation of the club." A majority of the Mongols membership consists of Hispanic males who reside in the Los Angeles area. Many are former street gang members with a long history of violence used to settle grievances.

According to Washington's Clark County inmate roster records, Holliday-Smith was charged with assault in the first degree and felony hit-and-run in connection with the vehicular incident on Saturday in the 3300 block of Northeast 112th Avenue at approximately 7 p.m.

According to investigators, the victim, Shane Moon, and his friends had traveled from downtown Vancouver to Charlie's Bar and Grill, where police reported that the group became uncomfortable when Holliday-Smith allegedly began to record them on his phone.

Rex Fergus, a friend of Moon, told FOX 12 that they were at Esther Short Park earlier in the night to honour the Trump supporter who was shot dead the previous weekend in downtown Portland by admitted and since-deceased Antifa shooter Michael Forest Reinoehl.

"[The suspect] came into the bar and immediately was aggressive with everyone that was in the bar. He was aggressive with the bouncer, he was aggressive with everyone that he came into contact with, he came into the bar immediately pulled his phone out and started coming over to our tables and putting his phone in our faces," Fergus said.

The friend told The Gateway Pundit that the footage was "supposedly for doxxing."

"As he was doing that, one of our guys confronted him and said 'hey, get out of here, we don't want you filming us. This is a private establishment and we're not in public.' The man continued to try to pick fights with people in the bar at the time, until security finally kicked him out of the bar," Fergus stated.

Police reported that no verbal confrontation occurred inside and Moon left after contact with security staff. The group then exited the establishment where the parties exchanged words. Others outside filmed the suspect "in case anything happened."

"Well something did happen, [the suspect] jumped back in his truck and he ran over Shane," Fergus said.

The alleged attacker entered his vehicle, drove toward the victim, hit him, and then fled from the parking lot, detectives cited.

Fergus said that Shane's body flew on to the roof of the truck and his head hit the concrete when he fell.

"Immediately he was unconscious. After he hit him, the driver of the truck gassed it and left the parking lot, leaving Shane on the ground, bleeding out of his ears," Fergus said.

"We're gonna get 'em," a man assured behind the camera documenting civilians rushing to Moon's aid. Several cradled the victim's head, urging him to stay still as he laid unconscious flat on his back on the asphalt.

A surgeon reportedly happened to be the scene and helped stabilize Moon until the paramedics arrived.

Officers described Moon's injuries as non-life-threatening and he was taken to the hospital for treatment in intensive care. The victim was reportedly bleeding from his brain, sustained a fracture to his left temporal lobe, and suffered a concussion. His eardrum has ruptured as a result, causing a loss of hearing, and he cannot remember the incident due to amnesia.

Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio told The Gateway Pundit: "The news of this man's arrest has been bitter sweet. Even though our brother Shane continues to struggle with his injuries, it's nice to see that we are starting to witness law and order in the pacific north west."

"Although the crime that this man committed is nothing short of an act of terror, he is also a victim — a victim of a system that has told him he must commit acts of violence towards those he doesn't agree with. He has become a dispensable pawn in a chessboard that is ran by the likes of Ted Wheeler, Kate Brown and Nancy Pelosi," the organization's head continued.

"The ProudBoys are looking forward to a speedy recovery and a night full of Shenanigans with Shane. Thank you all who have supported him in these dark times. We love you.”

The case is currently under investigation by the Vancouver Police Department Traffic Unit.

Moon's girlfriend, Laura Tobolski, has since launched a GoFundMe for his medical expenses, raking in over $11,000 of the fund's $25,000 goal and providing updates to his condition.

"There was plenty of room for the truck to go around Shane, or even wait for him to move out of the way," Tobolski noted to The Gateway Pundit. "There was none of that. It was absolutely  targeted."

A fundraiser has also been created on the Christian platform GiveSendGo familiar among conservatives with the same organizer and goal to reach.
