As President Biden arrived in Washington state on Friday, he was greeted with chants of "Let's go Brandon." As the motorcade made its way to Green River College near Seattle, protestors lined the street waving Trump signs and cheering "Let's go Brandon" at the President.
Biden was in the Pacific Northwest this week in advance of Earth Day, and to give remarks on his green agenda. The White House noted that his visit was to make a case for "his bold agenda to tackle the climate crisis," as well as forestry issues. Footage was captured by Katie Daviscourt of The Post Millennial.
Biden spoke on Earth Day about how in his view, the climate crisis is "is a genuine opportunity, an opportunity to do things we wanted to do and only now have become so apparent."
He also spoke about his plans to make all military vehicles electric by 2050. "In the US military, every vehicle is going to be climate friendly," he said, "every vehicle."
He went on to say that an aspect of the presidency that he enjoys is the spending power that comes with the office.
"One thing I've found out as the President of the United States, I get to spend a lot of that money ... I'm going to start the process where every vehicle in the United States military—every vehicle—is going to be climate-friendly."

Biden ran for president on a promise to tackle four major crises, the coronavirus pandemic, the economy, climate, and race.
