Toronto Police have arrested Adamson Barbecue owner Adam Skelly after days of defiance against Ontario lockdowns.
After a tense confrontation between protesters and officials, Skelly is seen being taken away in handcuffs by officers.
Police arrived at Skelly's Etobicoke barbecue restaurant early this morning to change the locks and prevent entrance into the building. They were motivated to bar Skelly from opening for a third day in a row.
Yesterday, when speaking to The Post Millennial, Skelly said “I will continue to act in noncompliance with these orders and see what kind of support we have today.” He added, “If anyone sees this as an inspiration to stand up and open their business, that’s amazing.”
