On Friday, the 911 call Paul Pelosi made the night he was allegedly violently assaulted by 42-year-old David DePape was released by the San Francisco Police Department.

"This is San Francisco Police, do you need help?" The dispatcher can be heard saying. Paul Pelosi responded, "Well, there's a gentleman here just waiting for my wife to come back, Nancy Pelosi. He's just, ah, waiting for her to come back. Since she's not gonna be here for a day so I guess we'll have to wait."

"Okay, do you need police, fire, or medical for anything?" the dispatcher asked.

"I don't think so, I don't think so," Pelosi said. "Are the Capitol police around?... They’re usually here at the house protecting my wife."

"No, this is San Francisco police," the dispatcher answered.

Pelosi said, "No, I understand. Okay. Well, I don’t know. What do you think? [inaudible]. Uh. He thinks everything’s good. I have a problem, but he thinks everything’s good. This gentleman just came into the house and he wants to wait here for my wife to come home. Anyway…"

"Do you know who this person is?" the dispatcher asked.

"No, I don’t know who he is. He’s telling me not to do anything," Pelosi responded.

The dispatcher then asked what Paul Pelosi's address was and he provided the location.

"My name is Paul Pelosi. Anyway, this gentleman says that he thinks everything... He’s telling me to put the phone down and just do what he says. Okay?" Pelosi then said.

The dispatcher then asked what the intruder's name was and off mic "My name is David" can be heard. When the dispatcher asked for more information, DePape answered, "I’m a friend of theirs."

"He says he’s a friend," Paul Pelosi said.

"But you don’t know who he is?"

"No sir," Pelosi said. "He’s telling me I have to stop talking to you, okay?"

"I can stay on the phone with you just to make sure everything’s okay"

"He’s telling me to get off the phone," Pelosi answered.

On Friday, police bodycam footage was released along with the 911 call of the October 28, 2022 night when DePape entered former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's home after a media request for the footage was granted by San Francisco Judge Stephen Murphy on Wednesday.

The footage shows police arriving at the residence and knocking on the door which was opened by Paul Pelosi, a contradiction to the federal grand jury indictment filed in November.

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins stated that on the night of October 28, DePape broke in through a rear glass door, and snuck into Paul Pelosi's bedroom, where he was sleeping.

This is a breaking story and will be updated.
