The Prime Minister will address the nation tomorrow night, most likely at 6:30 p.m., Brian Lilley reports.
The address will come after Justin Trudeau's afternoon throne speech. The PMO says it will address "the urgency of fighting COVID-19 as we face down the prospect of a 2nd wave of the virus."
The address will also include a summary of the government's plans to fight the virus and Canada's economic recovery plan.
Governor General Julie Payette will deliver the throne speech prepared by Trudeau's government. This planned address however will give Trudeau some screen time to deliver a direct message to Canadians.
