CPAC drops speaker after anti-Semitic remarks surface

The Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Monday, rescinded a presenter invitation to their upcoming conference, after anti-Semitic remarks from the speaker surfaced, including the denial of Judaism and other conspiracy theories.

CPAC issued a statement in a tweet announcing their decision to disinvite the speaker. "We have just learned that someone we invited to CPAC has expressed reprehensible views that have no home with our conference or our organization.  The individual will not be participating at our conference."

The speaker in question was Young Pharaoh, an online commentator, who recently told his followers that Judaism is a "complete lie" and "made up for political gain."

"There is no historical or scientific evidence proving the existence of Jews or Judaism. It’s all a complete lie. Completely made up for political gain," Young Pharaoh said in a tweet.

The anti-Semitic remarks from Young Pharaoh didn’t stop there.

"All the censorship and pedophilia on social media is being done by Israeli Jews! All YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram are all owned or controlled directly by them. I have found our true enemy…Israel," the online commentator said.

Young Pharaoh also attacked conservative commentator Ben Shapiro on Twitter after Shapiro provided the definition of 'Amen,' Media Matters reported.

Young Pharaoh took particular issue with Shapiro defining 'Amen' as a Biblical Hebrew word, firing back on Twitter at the Jewish commentator claiming that 'Amen' was a stolen term by "thieving fake Jews" from the Egyptian deity.

CPAC, which describes itself as "the largest and most influential gathering of conservatives in the world" is slated to hold the conference in Orlando, Florida on February 25 to 28.
