Four teenagers suffered injuries, two of them life-threatening, following a crash at College Street and Lansdowne Avenue in Toronto's west-end early Wednesday morning, CP24 reports.
Toronto police arrived at the scene at around 3 am, where they found the injured driver and occupants, all of whom were 13-14 years of age.
The vehicle, a Porsche Panamera, reportedly belonged to one of the child's parents.
The sedan appears to have skidded off the road into a street pole, to which the front bumper, one of the wheels, and the engine was lodged. The engine burst into flames upon impact.
The remainder of the vehicle was ten meters ahead of the impact zone, where a witness helped pull several of the injured occupants out of the totaled vehicle.
The two teenagers who suffered life-threatening injuries, including the driver, were taken to Sick Kids Hospital for treatment. Their status has since been upgraded to non-life-threatening.
