According to PIX11, it happened at 8:45 AM in the morning on Tuesday this week. The woman in question skipped off towards Valentine Avenue. She weighed roughly 130 lbs., was between the ages of 35 and 45, and measures roughly 5 feet 4 inches.

The two-year-old victim was taken to a hospital nearby in stable condition. The extent of her injuries is unknown at the time of writing.
