Ghislaine Maxwell's former housekeeper testified he was demanded to turn a blind eye to Epstein household

It’s day four of the Ghislaine Maxwell trial and today the court proceedings explored the relationship dynamic of what it was like to be a staffer under the employ of Jeffrey Epstein.

Former housekeeper Juan Alessi took the stand today to testify about Jeffrey Epstein’s Florida mansion and how Ghislaine Maxwell fit into the dynamic of it all. He worked as a house manager from the early 1990s to 2002, and a courtroom jury heard his story in deciding Maxwell’s fate on six counts of "enticing and transporting minors for sex," which she pleaded not guilty to.

Video livestreaming for federal trials is prohibited so the general public has had to rely on play-by-plays from reporters inside.

One of those inside the courtroom was Mairead Elordi of The Daily Wire.

According to the New York Post, when it comes to the bottom line – Alessi recalled seeing two minors at Epstein’s abode – one of the four main Maxwell accusers in this trial, "Jane," in addition to the most well known Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre.

(Jane testified that Epstein and Maxwell recruited at age "13 or 14" at a summer camp in Michigan, back in 1994.)

Alessi’s duty was to drive people like Giuffre and Jane to the Florida estate where Epstein and Maxwell resided. A commonality between the testimonies of Jane and Alessi was recalling Ghislaine Maxwell having a Yorkshire Terrier dog with her pretty much at all times.

Alessi was asked on the stand to review an employee handbook that outlined the conduct of staffers at Epstein’s home. "Remember that you see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing, except to answer a question directed at you," was a standout line heard by the jury at today’s proceedings.

Slate’s coverage points out that the Alessi testimony introduced Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous "little black book" containing his network of wealthy contacts.

Epstein had three massages a day: one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one in the evening.  Alessi remembers having to clean the massage room up and finding pornographic personal items strewn about.

Ghislaine Maxwell, who is said to have slept with Epstein in his quarters, required a neat and orderly house at all times. "Never look at his eyes, look in another part of the room and answer him," Alessi remembers Maxwell demanding of him.

Epstein and Maxwell went to the movies with both Jane and others "almost every night."

"Remember that you see nothing, hear nothing, say nothing, except to answer a question directed at you." Alessi said the work of ten men came down mostly to him.

The exact details even included making sure Jeffrey Epstein had a gun on the table next to his bed and hundred dollar bills in his car. Alessi remembers one rule being that he was never to tell other people where either Epstein or Maxwell were at, or what they were doing, at any given point.

When it comes to percentages (per CNN): Ghislaine Maxwell accompanied Jeffrey Epstein "95 percent" of the time at the Palm Beach house. When female visitors came over they’d be topless in his pool "75 to 80" percent of the time.
