400 errors plagued devices all over the world as a widespread outage affected a number of Google products. Users were left left on Monday morning unable to access YouTube, Gmail, Google Assistant, and Google Docs.

The outage, which began at approximately 6:40 am appeared to have affected the company’s products having to do with business and personal services, according to The Verge. Third party applications that make use of Google’s search capabilities, like Nest Hub and Pokémon Go, also experienced an outage.

As the hashtag #YouTubedown began to spread across the web, YouTube released a statement assuring audiences that they would address the problem.
We are aware that many of you are having issues accessing YouTube right now – our team is aware and looking into it. We'll update you here as soon as we have more news.

The outage stretched across a number of countries affecting users in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Japan, and others. At 7:35, a number of services came back online—at least in the United States. Among them, Gmail and YouTube were some of the first to become active again.
