"Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances because I think this is going to drag out, and eventually I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch."

The Democrat Party often looks toward former first lady Hillary Clinton for guidance. The one-year anniversary of the Capitol riot has heightened the political scrutiny surrounding the day. Clinton was reportedly one of the first people to suggest a "9/11 style" commission by Congress to further investigate last year's events.

In an interview from August 2020, she suggested to her former communications director Jennifer Palmieri that Biden should have never conceded to Trump, if he had lost.

The clip opens up with Hillary Clinton claiming that Republicans were litigating the election landscape throughout the primaries. She stressed the pivotal role of the Electoral College, something that Hillary was also a member of for the state of New York.

It’s toward the end of the interview segment that Clinton gets down to it:

"So we've got to have a massive legal operation. I know the Biden campaign is working on that. We have to have poll workers and I urge people, who are able, to be a poll worker. We have to have our own teams of people to counter the force of intimidation that the Republicans and Trump are going to put outside polling places. This is a big organizational challenge," Hillary said.

"Joe Biden should not concede under any circumstances because I think this is going to drag out, and eventually I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch," Hillary concludes.

Late last year, Hillary Clinton gave a tearful reading of her victory speech she would’ve given, had she won against Trump in the 2016 race.

It was in January 2017 that then Vice President Biden had to preside over the electoral college certification for that election cycle. In that case it was a group of Democrats who were outspoken about not allowing Trump to become President on the grounds of so-called meddling by the Russians.

In the same month, Trump's Inauguration Day saw rioting across Washington DC as the #DisruptJ20 coalition set fires and destroyed businesses and vehicles.
