Dr. Jordan B. Peterson extended an invitation on Friday morning to Tesla and Space X's Elon Musk to appear as a guest on his YouTube channel.
Musk responded at 2:10 am. "What would you like to talk about?" and that is where updates on the potential podcast ended. Perhaps the two are coordinating their schedules.
Musk and Peterson have both appeared on The Joe Rogan experience, and has been among the show's most popular guests.
Peterson has previously praised Musk as a visionary.
"You see someone like Elon Musk, I mean, what the hell do you make of someone like that?" said Peterson at a live event.
"He made an electric car, which is basically impossible, and it works, which is basically impossible, and then you build an infrastructure so you can charge the damn thing wherever you go, which is basically impossible, and then he made it cheap... so that was unbelievable, and then he built a bloody rocket, which was one one-tenth the price or less of a NASA rocket... and then he put one of his cars on top of the rocket, and shot it into space... And then he went and blew it all by smoking pot on Joe Rogan," Peterson joked.
UPDATE: Elon Musk has followed up on Twitter and told Peterson that they could talk about "Life, the Universe and Everything." Peterson then replied to Musk saying he was looking forward to it. There is no word when this talk will take place.
