The View host Joy Behar is claiming the real victims of Bill Clinton’s alleged sexual misconduct are the USA and Hillary Clinton.

"I would submit here that the real victim was the United States of America, and then Hillary Clinton, because if you remember when the debate was going on between Trump and Hillary, Trump brought in all these so called victims of Clinton's peccadilloes," Behar said. Anna Navarro replied " If Democrats had done the same and brought in Trump's victims, they would have needed an arena."

"And to be clear, he allegedly abused women, Bill Clinton," noted Sunny Hostin in reaction to Behar's comments.

"Yeah, but when he brought those women into that debate, that hurt Hillary Clinton and that is the real victim. The country lost a great person, Hillary Clinton could have been the president instead of that criminal that we had there for four years. And that's the real victim," Behar replied staunchly.

Former President Bill Clinton is alleged to have sexually abused multiple women, including Juanita Broaddrick, who alleges she was violently raped by Clinton in 1978.

"There was no remorse," Broaddrick told BuzzFeed News. "He acted like it was an everyday occurrence. He was not the least bit apologetic. It was just unreal."

Other alleged victims include Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey and Leslie Milwee. In the case of Paula Jones, Clinton paid $850,000 as part of an out-of-court settlement agreement.
