Vice President Kamala Harris has written a heartfelt letter of gratitude to trans-identified celebrity Dylan Mulvaney, according to a photograph shared on the TikTok star’s Instagram page.

The letter, addressed to "Ms. Dylan Mulvaney," opens with Harris expressing her warmest greetings as Mulvaney celebrates 365 days of "living authentically." The photograph shows the letter to be dated March 13, the day that Mulvaney hosted a glitzy event to mark 365 days of giving an over-the-top performance of womanhood.

"Thank you for courageously sharing your story and your journey," said Harris. "I appreciate your continued advocacy for transgender equality, including during your visit to the White House last year."

Mulvaney was invited to meet President Biden at the White House in October last year to discuss, among other things, American children having access to experimental sex changes.

Harris went on to say that through work as an activist and advocate for the LGBTQI+ community, she believes Mulvaney is breaking barriers and inspiring young people across the nation and around the world.

Harris noted that while incredible progress has been made, in areas such as marriage equality and historic protections for transgender people, the "fight is still far from over."

She stated that the Biden Administration stands with the LGBTQI+ community in the ongoing struggle for true equity and equality and against hate and discrimination in all its forms.

"I am grateful for your dedication and courage, and I hope you continue to use your platform to spread positivity and create change. I look forward to seeing all that you will accomplish in the future," Harris concluded.

Mulvaney shot to fame with the TikTok series 100 Days of Girlhood, which documented the adult male’s transition to a self-identified bimbo. Videos along the way show Mulvaney unwrapping tampons and referring to women’s genitals as "barbie pouches," and getting excited about hormone-induced breast growth.

According to Rolling Stone, an emotional Mulvaney directly addressed any "trans kids" who might be watching the live stream of the anniversary event. "Someone is on your side," said Mulvaney, fighting back the tears.

Not everyone on social media was impressed by Vice President Harris’ choice to write to Mulvaney.

"Kamala Harris has sent a letter to DYLAN MULVANEY Congratulating them on reaching day 365 of being a ‘Girl’ Seriously Kamala? This is what you spend your time doing congratulating a man that mocks women? No wonder the border is out of control if this is what u do all day!" tweeted Oli London.

"No woman has ever received a letter from a VP congratulating her on being a woman. No such privilege belongs to a man," tweeted Defence Attorney Marina Medvin.
