Music star Kid Rock has vowed that he plans to cancel performing at venues while he's on tour if they've put any sort of COVID-19 protocols in place, including mask requirements or requiring fans to show proof of vaccination.
"You're going to be getting your money back because I won’t be showing up, either. If you think I’m going to sit out there and say don’t tell me how to live, 'We The People,' while people are holding up their f*cking vaccine cards and wearing masks, that sh*i ain't happening," he commented on his Facebook account.
"We actually scratched Buffalo, NY, off the list because of that and Toronto, Canada and several other cities we were looking at ... I don't want to deal with that sh*t either and I know you don’t," he continued in the video.
"By the way, liberal media, there's your clickbait for tomorrow. F*ck with me."
"...I can't say I'm too upset either, that it's got the haters' panties in a bunch, too. See what they try to cancel me for now. I'm uncancellable. Suck on that."
According to Michigan Live, the Detroit-area artist plans to visit at least 24 cities on his next tour. The first date of the tour is slated for April 6 in Evansville, Indiana, and the tour is planning to run until sometime in September.
