An avid supporter of former President Donald Trump has been ejected from all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums indefinitely for unfurling a large "Trump Won" banner at 4 separate ballparks.
Dion Cini, a 52-year-old New York native, received a letter from the MLB explaining his ejection after displaying the large banner at New York's Yankee Stadium and Citi Field, Boston's Fenway Park, and Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park. He was ejected at each of these parks, but claims that he was allowed to return in those instances.
The letter, sent on June 11, explained that due to his repeated actions, Cini would be banned "indefinitely" from all MLB ballparks across the United States.
"During the course of the past several weeks, you entered Major League Baseball stadiums in New York, Boston, and Philadelphia for the purpose of conducting 'flag drops,'" the letter states. Cini posted the letter to his Twitter on June 27.
"This activity is prohibited at each of these stadiums, and your fan code of conduct violations resulted in your ejection from each of them," the letter continues. "A review of your public statements indicates that you intend to continue this behavior at other Major League Baseball stadiums, and that you are encouraging others to conduct themselves likewise."
"For these reasons, and effective immediately, you are hereby banned from all Major League Baseball stadiums and facilities, indefinitely," the letter states.
Officially banned from the MLB. It was a good run! This letter is priceless. #TrumpWon #TrumpPride https://t.co/51RiuA75YK pic.twitter.com/slmiKUdS5T

Cini’s flag was reportedly confiscated by police, and Cini threatened on Twitter to press charges if his "custom Pride & Trump Won flags" were not returned.
(Please share) Body cam, final MLB flag drop. Grand Larceny commited by MLB staff, stole my custom Pride & Trump Won flags. Return the flags or filing charges in 48 hours. I don't bluff. https://t.co/5p0cmAo4Mh pic.twitter.com/VjNvMvhCuU

Cini, according to his Twitter, is banned from Disney Parks, Sea World, and Sesame Place as well.
Definitely not done. Only banned from Disney Parks, MLB, Sea World and Sesame Place. Gives me tens of thousands of other facilities prove that #TrumpWon.https://t.co/bpfEDvr4GY

In response to his ban, Cini is encouraging others to participate at flag drops when they go to games.
(Please share) MLB said i'm "encouraging others", they are correct. If you buy a https://t.co/FztyRMrq8R flag, drop it at a MLB park, post pics & video, will refund 100%. First 10 gets it, starting now. And MLB, kiss my proud American white @$$! #TrumpWon https://t.co/5p0cmA6tUJ pic.twitter.com/RdRXT1G3z1

He even issued instructions on Twitter to fans on how to smuggle in the necessary items to conduct such a flag drop.
#OperationFlagDrop MLB tips. Bring water bottles in small tote bag. Flag folds small, stuff pants, wear belt. Duct tape attach to bottles with loop, zip tie to flag. Setup in bathroom when you get in. Only metal on body is phone and hat cam, put in tray. Even my belt is plastic. pic.twitter.com/y73B5fKYrV

Cini told Business Insider that he was being let back into games because MLB executives were conservative as well.
"There's a reason why they keep me in the baseball stadiums. I'm welcome back at any baseball stadium, even once I've already dropped that, anytime I want," Cini previously told Insider. "The reason, I think, I'm not kicked out of the stadiums is because, I think, the people at the top are conservatives."
Cini originally hung a Trump 2020 banner at a July 2018 game in Yankee Stadium, reportedly earning Trump’s praise.
"After I did Yankee Stadium three years ago, which is Trump's favorite stadium, he called, and he tweeted, and he Instagrammed, and he said, 'Thank you, please don't stop,'" Cini said. "I've interacted with the Trump family multiple times. I'm not directly part of the Trump Organization, but they know who I am, they know what I'm doing, and they like it," Cini told Business Insider.
