Thousands of people appeared in Waco, Texas this morning amid a rally for former President Donald Trump. The rally aligned with the 30th anniversary of the Waco massacre, which has drawn the ire of many Trump critics, but this did not stop the former president from drawing in a substantial number of supporters.

Trump’s senior advisor Jason Miller posted a photo of the morning sun peeking over the horizon, illuminating a number of supporters lined up for the event. Miller posted a separate tweet that suggested there's "never been anything like it in political history."

RSBN posted a short video to Twitter that displayed Trump appearing to board Trump Force One earlier this afternoon, on his way to Texas for the event.

Trump was joined by a number of prominent supporters of the MAGA movement. Rep Matt Gaetz (R-FL) took the stage, sporting a bright red suit jacket, calling on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and Texas Senator Ted Cruz to join the MAGA movement as Trump attempts to get re-elected in the 2024 presidential race.

Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene also made an appearance, addressing how the Democrats have “weaponized the government against President Trump all for the crime of beating Hillary Clinton and winning the 2016 presidential election.”

She went on to mention how the Democrats have done everything in their power to pin Trump for one crime or another, from what she referred to as the “impeachment hoax” and the possible indictment that Trump is facing in New York City.

Trump is gearing up for an intense primary season, where it is believed that DeSantis may be running for president in 2024. The former president has recently launched criticisms against DeSantis, suggesting that he has never considered asking DeSantis to be his Vice President.

Trump has also criticized DeSantis for voting against social security and Medicare, which apparently makes it “impossible” for the Floridian to win the election.

It is unclear if DeSantis and Cruz will come out in support of Trump as the elections get under way.
