A violent mugger choked and wrestled a 64-year-old woman to the ground in Manhattan and took off with her purse, based on a recently released video.
The video shows a man approaching a woman from behind, putting her in a headlock, and wrestling her to the ground on E. 29th St. near First Ave. in Kips Bay on Sunday morning, according to Daily News.

The woman did not have a chance to fight back and was left abandoned on the sidewalk behind a small brick wall. The man took off with her purse, which had her cash and phone inside.
The perpetrator can be seen wearing a mask, polo shirt, and blue jeans, but has not yet been apprehended.
