A naked man in Winnipeg stole an ambulance from the medical personnel who were trying to help him and then crashed it into the wall of a Cultural Centre.

On Friday, a naked man in Winnipeg stole an ambulance from the medical personnel who were trying to help him and then crashed it into the wall of the Portuguese Cultural Centre, according to Global News.

The ambulance was confirmed stolen by Winnipeg police during a press briefing this morning around 11:30 a.m.

Medical personnel were conducting a wellbeing check on a man in the West End said a credible source when the man stole the ambulance without wearing any clothes and drove off.

He only made is about one street block before crashing into the wall of the Portuguese Cultural Centre on Young Street.

The suspect is now in custody.
