A 40-year-old man from Brighton, Ontario was handed a variety of charges after Ontario Provincial Police officers were dispatched to a business in nearby Quinte West, Global News reports.

Police say the man, Bobby Joe Foster, was found asleep in his vehicle.

Inside the vehicle, police discovered prohibited firearms, drug paraphernalia, and what police believe to be cocaine.

It is unclear if Foster was passed out as a result of the drugs.

Foster was charged with driving a vehicle while impaired, unauthorized weapon possession, and possession of an illegal substance for the purpose of trafficking.
