Patagonia, the iconic sportswear brand, is no longer supplying the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Wyoming, after the GOP House Freedom Caucus hosted a fundraiser there. According to Axios, Patagonia feels the event did not align with the corporation's values.

Resort co-owners Jay and Karen Kemmerer co-sponsored the event in support of the House Freedom Caucus. The event featured GOP firebrands Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Rep. Jim Jordan, and former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows. Admission to the event cost a minimum of $2,000 per couple.

The three Republicans have previously attracted controversy for supporting former President Donald Trump's allegations that the 2020 election was stolen.

"Those that know us in Jackson Hole are aware that we make business decisions and build relationships in alignment with our values and advocacy efforts," a Patagonia spokesperson told Axios. "We join with the local community that is using its voice in protest. We will continue to use our business to advocate for policies to protect our planet, support thriving communities and a strong democracy," the spokesperson continued.
