At the Pennsylvania state senate hearing on election fraud on Wednesday, requested by State Senator Doug Mastriano, it was revealed that "47 USBV cards were missing."

"In all cases the chain of custody was broken."
"It was broken for the mail in ballots, the drop box ballots, the election day USB card flash drives, in all cases they didn't follow any of the procedures defined by the Board of Delaware County of Elections." pic.twitter.com/v9mP8QRqnL
"I was a former commanding offer and executive officer in the Navy. I'm a veteran of foreign wars and I'm a CEO of my own private company," Gregory Stenstrom, who was a poll watcher, told the committee. Strenstrom said he is a data scientist, a forensic computer scientist, and an expert in security fraud.
He discussed the details of the operation of the voting machines that were used in Pennsylvania, specifically saying that there were discrepancies in the way that the USB cards were used in those voting machines.
Strenstrom said that 47 USBV cards that were uploading to the voting machines were not left in the voting machines, and that the vote tally was not being updated in real time. He said that 50,000 votes hung in the balance.
Strenstrom said that he saw 24 times that an individual put USBV cards being uploaded to the voting machines by the "voting machine warehouse supervisor," who was "walking in with baggies... and sticking these USBs into the machines." He said this was corroborated by Democrat poll watchers as well.

"I personally observed USB cards being uploaded to voting machines by the voting machine warehouse supervisor on multiple occasions. This person is not being observed, he's not a part of the process that I can see, and he is walking in with baggies of USBs". pic.twitter.com/SYMA6U5w0t
Strenstrom said that he saw issues with mail-in ballots at well, specifically 70,000 unopened mail-in ballots. These, he alleged, he saw after the mail-in ballots were already tallied, and these votes, in boxes of 500 each, were not part of that total.

"I want to see where the data is coming in & I want to know the 'Universe of Votes'. There were supposed to be 120k mail in ballots with 6k ballots remaining. So the 'Universe' should be 126k votes. When I get back there, we don't have 126k, we have 200k votes."? pic.twitter.com/ZpZhLNz0Wl
Sen. Mastriano requested the hearing that was convened today in Gettsysburg, Penn. Mastriano said that he was interested in ascertaining what really happened during Pennsylvania's election, while his colleagues said that they had heard concerns from their constituents.
"If there's any hint of fraud out there, we need to investigate," Mastriano said, calling out Governor Tom Wolf's refusal to look into "shenanigans," and to figure out if voters had been "defrauded."
He said "We are here to today to find out what the heck happened in this election."
"Elections are a fundamental principle of our democracy—unfortunately, Pennsylvanians have lost faith in the electoral system," Mastriano said. "It is unacceptable."
"Over the past few weeks, I have heard from thousands of Pennsylvanians regarding issues experienced at the polls, irregularities with the mail-in voting system and concerns whether their vote was counted. We need to correct these issues to restore faith in our republic."
It was on Wednesday that a Pennsylvania Commonwealth Justice Patricia McCullough ordered that the presidential election certification process be stopped, pending a hearing on Friday.
