The latest Twitter Files, released on Monday by journalist Bari Weiss, show just how ecstatic the "tweeps" were that former President Donald Trump's account was suspended following the events of January 6 and how eager they were to suppress pro-Trump accounts, though it has become clear that moderators were missing a substantial amount of reason to do so.

Following the ban of Trump, Bari Weiss revealed messages that show employees celebrating. "This feels like a piece of history," said one employee, to which another responded, "IT IS."

Another said that they felt "Very proud," and then wished staff a "good weekend."

The next set of messages released shows just how nonchalantly Twitter staff were banning users, and that someone had even suggested banning Donald Trump Jr., though no reason was given.

"Big props to whoever in trust and safety is sitting there whack-a-mole-ing these trump accounts." Another tweep said, "definitely some extraordinary acts of awesomeness going on around twitter right now."

The next message simply reads, "Don Jr's account needs to be locked too."
