Infamous porn star Ron Jeremy is facing more than 30 charges of sexual assault from various women dating back to the 1990s.

Today he was indicted by a Los Angeles court despite the fact he pleaded not guilty to the litany of charges before him. Gone are the days of innocent Ron Jeremy acting in a pornographic parody of Super Mario Bros.

According to TMZ, the porn star has a lot to answer for. Twenty-one victims, more than thirty sexual assault counts, over a timespan of more than twenty years.

Let the outlet tell you about how Jeremy pleaded to the charges:

"Jeremy pleaded not guilty Wednesday to 12 counts of forcible rape, 7 counts of forcible oral copulation, 6 counts of sexual battery by restraint, 4 counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object, 2 counts of sexual penetration of an unconscious or asleep person and 1 count each of sodomy by the use of force, assault with intent to commit rape and lewd act upon a child under the age of 14 or 15."

TMZ lists off incidents going back as far as 1996 and throughout the early 2000s. Per the summation by Deadline, they group it up into thirty-three rape and sexual assault counts with victims that range in ages of 15 to 51 years old.

Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón is handling the case from the prosecution side and is taking an approach like that done with the Harvey Weinstein debacle, prior.

"Looking at literally more than 300 years in the clink if convicted,” Deadline said in regards to his potential jail time.

“Far too often, survivors of sexual assault suffer in isolation. We must ensure that survivors have all options available to help with recovery, including trauma-informed services for healing and support to report such crimes,” Gascón said in a statement according to Law & Crime.

The Los Angeles Times has been following this situation for quite a while. They said that Ron Jeremy’s case did it’s best to avoid public testimony. The outlet says he’s due back in court on October 12th.
