US Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi got an illegal haircut, then when it was discovered that she'd violated San Francisco ordinances, she blamed the salon owner Erica Kious, alleging that the hair cut was intended as a set-up. Kious unequivocally denies the charge, and went on Tucker Carlson to state her case.
Kious revealed that she began receiving death threats after Pelosi accused her of intentional harm. Kious will not be able to keep her salon at its current location. Pelosi said that Kious owes her an apology despite the fact that it was Pelosi's assistant that made the hair appointment for the Speaker.

“How would you have done that? Can you prove that this wasn’t a diabolical setup designed to bring down the Speaker of the House by blow drying her hair?”
Salon owner, Erica Kious:

Carlson asked Kious about the alleged set-up, but Kious, as she had previously reported, was not consulted about the appointment—made by an independent stylist who rents a chair in her salon—until after it had been made.
A GoFundMe was started for Kious to help her relocate her business, and retain her employees. Her salon has been shuttered since March when the lockdown began in San Francisco.
Despite that city telling businesses they would be able to open in July, for which Kious made arduous preparations, salons were not permitted to open until Sept. 2, and even then were only able to operate outdoors. For Kious, who specializes in colour treatments, this was no respite, as the chemicals used in those processes are not able to be used outdoors.
As a result of the attention on her salons, and Pelosi's accusations that Kious intentionally harmed her by allowing her to have her hair done in violation of local regulations, Kious has been targeted by her community. They believed Pelosi when she accused Kious of political motivations. Kious just wants her business back.
I've started a gofundme for Erica to help relocate her biz of 12 yrs & employ others. She has received an outpour of praise & thanks, but also many death threats. She is having others pack up her belongings because she fears returning. #ENOUGH https://t.co/CzERRXlsUQ @gofundme

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem posted a public invitation to Kious to relocate her business to a state that "respects Freedom and won't shut you down."
My heart goes out to Erika. As a former female small business owner, I can only imagine how crushing these last few months have been. And now THIS!?

Erika, if you want to run your salon in a state that respects Freedom and won't shut you down, then South Dakota is open for you. https://t.co/la6CD5LScC
Pelosi had an appointment with her long-time stylist at Kious salon on Monday, and her visit was recorded on surveillance cameras. In response to the leaked footage, Pelosi blamed the salon for allowing her to break the local ordinance prohibiting indoor hairstyling.
