A grass fire in a field near Saskatoon was put out by a fierce duo of fire fighters and farmers, Global News reports.
The fires broke out roughly five kilometres from the city on Highway 14 and Range Road 3065 at around 3:30 pm on Saturday.
The blaze roared for all but 30 minutes, as fire fighters and nearby farmers covered the flames with water and dirt, dumped by farmer tractors and other equipment.
No one was harmed in putting out the fire, and the highway remained open.
