Before the social media age there was a clearer separation between politicians, businesses, and the general public. That’s not the case anymore, naturally.

As transcribed by The Daily Wire, Lindsey Graham was on Fox News with Sean Hannity to talk about the state of “woke” corporations like Coca-Cola getting into partisan politics.

The backdrop of the interview was the recent boycott campaign against Georgia for passing new voting laws. What President Biden labeled “Jim Crow on steroids” and caused massive losses for the state’s businesses.

Graham describes what he says is an intimidation campaign to get corporate America to abandon Republicans.

“Here’s my message to corporate America, corporate Georgia: have you lost your mind? Don’t you realize that the only thing between you, and your companies, and your shareholders and the Democratic agenda of high taxes, incredible regulations, and unbelievable spending is the Republican Party? Don’t you realize that the two Democrats in Georgia in the United States Senate are fully on board for the most radical agenda in the history of the country when it comes to tax spending and regulation?”

The Georgia boycott played out on Twitter.

To Graham's point all we need to look at is today's economic news. With President Biden’s “big tax plan” that seeks to target big corporations and our nation’s wealthiest, reportedly nonprofits are the biggest benefactors. But alongside that in the world of actual profits, April’s abysmal jobs report announced significantly lower employment than forecasted.

When discussing a recent trip to Georgia, Graham conveyed that there were 18 corporations who didn’t give money to the state’s Republican Party this year. He said only one stayed on board. Given the state of affairs, the senator gave $75,000 from his own campaign to the Georgia Republican Party, for what he says is to help “take the Senate seat back” in the state.

Graham cited Warnock’s support of AOC’s “Green New Deal” as a sign of the radical leftism the Georgia senator supports.
