The housing market appears to be on the rise again in Toronto after rebounding from any uncertainty brought on by the global pandemic.

A small home in Toronto has just gone on the market for $999,999 in Little Italy. The house located on Euclid Street has two bedrooms and one bathroom, reports CTV News.

The listing adds that the bungalow is close to restaurants, shops, schools, parks, public transit and has a detached garage.

The property taxes on the home come out to $5,307 per year.

The house is advertised as a "rare detached bungalow located in the heart of Toronto" that is a "great size" and has "loads of potential."

The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board reported that in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), home sales are making a comeback following uncertainty throughout the coronavirus pandemic.

According to the real estate board, 8,701 homes were sold in June, which is a 1.4 percent drop in comparison with June of last year. In the GTA, the average selling price in June was $930,869—an 11.9 percent increase from June 2019.
