Toronto police release photo of suspect who sexually assaulted woman followed into home

Police say a man followed a woman into her home without her knowledge, later sexually assaulting her in the home. The man then fled the area.

The Toronto Police Service is asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspect of a sexual assault investigation.

Police say a man followed a woman into her home on Friday, Aug. 7, without her knowledge, later sexually assaulting her in that location. The man then fled the area.

The assault took place in the Dupont Street and Ossington Avenue area. A security image of the man has been released.

Police describe the suspect as being taller than 5'10, wearing a black hooded sweater, a blue surgical mask, dark baggy pants, and dark shoes.
