Toronto police seeking suspect after daytime sexual assault in downtown Toronto

The suspect is described as being 5'11, roughly 175-200 lbs, with a trimmed beard and curly, short black hair.

Toronto police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a man after a sexual assault occurred on Piper Street and York Street.

According to police, the man approached a woman on a bike at around 4 pm. The man sexually assaulted a woman and fled the area on York Street to eastbound Wellington Street.

He is described as being 5'11, roughly 175-200 lbs, with a trimmed beard and curly, short black hair.

The man was seen wearing a dark grey winter jacket, black pants, a black toque, and light coloured shoes. The man also had a food delivery backpack on, and was seen on his black bike.
