A transgender woman who was previously convicted of sexually assaulting a teenage girl, has been charged for allegedly exposing "her penis" to the public and masturbating from a property window.

Gazette Live reports that Chloe Thompson of Borough Road, Middlesbrough, has pleaded not guilty to the three charges.

The first incident took place on Cromer Street, Middlesbrough, on August 13. On the same date, the transgender woman allegedly masturbated on the street in front of others. An additional complaint was made to police after Thompson was reportedly caught using a sex toy on Wellesley Road, Middlesbrough, also on the same date.

Chloe Thompson, formerly Andrew McNab, is a sex offender convicted of carrying out a sexual assault on a teenage girl in 2011. Thompson was issued with a ten-year notification requirement order to alert authorities to Thompson's whereabouts and activities.

Earlier this year, Thompson violated the order for the 11th time since 2011. Thompson did so by creating an alias to go on TikTok, which is prohibited under the current guidelines of Thompson's legal penalty. Thompson is said to pose a risk to children, but the court only imposed community service and rehabilitation.

The new charges and convictions imposed on Thompson remain to be determined in court.
