US President Donald Trump tweeted about the possibility of another round of stimulus checks of $1,200 going out to the American people.
If I am sent a Stand Alone Bill for Stimulus Checks ($1,200), they will go out to our great people IMMEDIATELY. I am ready to sign right now. Are you listening Nancy? @MarkMeadows @senatemajldr @kevinomccarthy @SpeakerPelosi @SenSchumer

This comes just after the President said that he was ending all negotiation regarding a second stimulus package until after the election, due to bad faith negotiating by Pelosi.
The President also tweeted about his support for an additional $25 billion for the beleaguered airline industry, which has been particularly hard hit by the pandemic.
Also, he said he supported another $135 billion for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), and stated that the funds were available and ready to be applied to this cause:
The House & Senate should IMMEDIATELY Approve 25 Billion Dollars for Airline Payroll Support, & 135 Billion Dollars for Paycheck Protection Program for Small Business. Both of these will be fully paid for with unused funds from the Cares Act. Have this money. I will sign now!

Trump's latest series of tweets have put the ball back in the House's court, specifically mentioning speaker Nancy Pelosi, and asking her to act.
The White House and Congress have been going back and forth about a more comprehensive package for months. Two deals have been proposed, one for $1.6 trillion and one for $2.4 trillion. The latter package focuses more on giving money to local and state governments.
