On Tuesday, it was reported that former President Donald Trump and his wife, former First Lady Melania Trump, surprised a young girl from Missouri injured by a tornado with a collection of Christmas gifts.

Seven-year-old Avalinn Rackley and her family were among those impacted by the tornado that ravaged parts of the midwest earlier in December, reports Fox 2 Now. Rackley's older sister was killed by the tornado, and their family home was destroyed.

According to Rackley's grandmother, included in the package from the Trumps were "hats signed by Donald Trump, Presidential blankets, American Girl Dolls, books signed by President Trump and Melania, pens, bracelets, and so much more!"

"We are so encouraged by the strength and determination you have shown during this very difficult time," the Trumps' letter read. "You will remain in our hearts for complete care and comfort as you continue to recover."

In a video posted by her grandmother, Rackley can be heard saying "Oh my God!" when informed that the gifts had been sent by the Trumps.

All four remaining members of the Rackley family are said to be injured, but recovering, according to Fox 2 Now.
