Donald Trump Jr. spoke to audiences at CPAC on Friday on "reimagining the spirit of the American dream," and said that the MAGA movement is the future of the Republican Party.

Trump said how great it was to be in front of a packed room, and thanked Republicans for keeping the state of Florida open. Slamming Liz Cheney for her disdainful remarks against the GOP, he said that the establishment "has done nothing but fail us time and time again."

He said that Republicans have "caved to every special interest," and has bowed to a left that hates them and their values.

"If we want to go back to losing, if we want to go back to an America last policy, we can follow their policies."

Of the Biden administration, he said "The first 30 days have been a disaster… but at least they have a diverse cabinet," he chided.

"There is nothing the left won't cancel," he said, noting that The Muppets have now been labeled as offensive, and that Mr. Potato Head has been rebranded to just be "Potatohead," comparing the look of the popular toy to CNN's Brian Stelter.

As regards media hypocrisy, he said that under the Biden administration, the concept of "kids in cages," an issue over which his father was roundly attacked, is no longer being called out by an outrage media. "Children in cages," he said, "turned into migrant shelters for children."

For Trump, the hypocrisy of the liberal media's treatment of Biden versus the way President Trump was slammed for four years is nothing short of outright lies. Russia collusion, was a lie, he said, kids in cages is being repeated, big tech is out to "crush you, they will call you racist and everything else."

"We must be out and engaged," he told the crowd.

"I'm looking forward to Sunday," he said, and the crowd cheered, because that's when his father will be addressing the convention.

"It will solidify... the MAGA movement as the future of the Republican Party," he said.

Trump Jr. has been outspoken on many conservative issues since his father left office earlier this year. He slammed California Congresswoman Maxine Waters for her failure to actually understand how the stock market operates in the wake of the GameStop stock upset engineered by a Reddit-based investment group. Trump also derided those House Democrats who demanded that platforms deplatform conservative broadcasters, calling it a "modern day book burning."
