Lt. Col. Oliver North joined Fox News' Sean Hannity on Monday and slammed the Biden administrations disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.

"He said he wouldn't forget, he was not going to forgive, and he would bring them to justice. We ought to say that about Joe Biden right now," Lt. Col. Oliver North said.

Lt. Col. Oliver North said that the Taliban is equal to Al-Qaida and ISIS equals and said "the killing fields will be stained with red from the blood of those who were left behind."

The United States military pulled out of Afghanistan on Monday after a 20 year long military presence in the country that followed the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks in 2001. The Biden administration's decision to rapidly exit the country resulted in many Americans trapped behind enemy lines in Afghanistan.

"The White House and state departments continue to claim success and congratulate themselves, but there's not going to be any backslapping for the families and loved ones of those 13 American heroes nor will there be any comfort for those now in hiding from the Taliban death squads," Lt. Col. North explained.

"The brutal terrorist organizations, now running Afghanistan, are now far better armed than any criminal enterprise in history. Our homeland is now at greater risk than it's ever been despite what the state department and the Pentagon and the White House say."

Lt. Col. North said that Russia is helping the Taliban in Kabul and are intercepting calls from Americans and Afghan allies that are actively trying to escape Afghanistan as they fear for their lives under the "new government."

He said that the Taliban targets individuals after the calls are intercepted. North also warned that China and Pakistan Intelligence are in possession of the United States military equipment that was left behind and the probability of them figuring out the blueprints is high.

"During that solemn ceremony at Dover Air Force Base, the commander-in-chief checked his watch. What was he trying to figure out?" Lt. Col. North asked. "How much longer he'd have to stay with the 13 heartbroken families."

"In the final days before all the US troops were withdrawn, the State Department, Pentagon, White House, press secretaries, all told us the airport gates were open to those who wanted to get out," North said. "That was never true."

"First of all, the Taliban flushed as many people as they could down the airport road to crowd around so it would make it more difficult. Then at each one of their checkpoints, they were looking for people's documents, the special immigrant visas that was theoretically going to be given to all of our TURPs, didn't get the most of them. And all those who worked for us in Afghanistan, they got intercepted. Many of them were executed. Certain death for those who didn't," Lt. Col. North said.

"At the time the country needed a strong president, we got a weak and inept politician. At a time when we needed a courageous leader, we got a bumbling coward. At a time when we needed truth tellers at the white house, we got habitual liars," North said, firing back at the Biden administration.

"As a result, American military families are grieving and the blood of their loved ones is on Joe Biden's hands. Biden negotiated with the Taliban from a position of weakness on his knees. At one point, he said about the terrorists that had killed those 13 Americans, he' said he wouldn't forget, he was not going to forgive, and he would bring them to justice. We have to say that about Joe Biden, right?" Lt. Col. North said.
