Conservative Shadow Minister For Jobs and Industry Pierre Poilievre once again took aim at Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his handling of the economy amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

Poilievre called out Trudeau for the worst economic growth per capita since the great depression and having the worst unemployment in the G7.

Poilievre pointed out that Trudeau had previously said on 49 different occasions in the House that the best measurement of jobs is the unemployment rate, and that while Japan has a 3 percent unemployment rate, Germany a 5 percent, US a 6, and Italy and France 9 percent, that Canada still sits at the top of the list at 9.4 percent.
