Biden's cyber agency CISA teamed up with Zelensky's intel officials, pressured Twitter to censor anti-Ukraine posts: War Room

In July, CISA announced its partnership with the Ukrainian State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP).

The same Biden administration agency that partnered with Twitter in their massive censorship campaign before Elon Musk took over the platform, including posts on "the nature of US support for Ukraine," is also in partnership with Ukraine's "information protection" agency, Steve Bannon and co-host Natalie Winters discussed Friday on War Room

Following the censorship of right-leaning accounts that shared images of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressing Congress, Winters tore into the government's involvement.

"I think to really understand why this is happening…the cybersecurity and infrastructure agency, which is the CISA which is under the purview of DHS — and this is kind of ground zero for a lot of these government censorship operations," she said to Bannon. "The Twitter files have shown that they've worked before to help censor content that's pro-Donald Trump, censor content about the origins of COVID-19."

In October, leaked documents revealed "years" of internal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents coordinating the censorship of social media. The emails and memos exposed by The Intercept showed that DHS's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) colluded with several tech giants, including Facebook, Microsoft, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

On the CISA Cybersecurity Advisory Committee, the "main subcommittee that handles disinformation policy at CISA," sits Vijaya Gadde, the former Twitter executive who headed the team that banned former President Donald Trump's account and the banning of the Hunter Biden laptop story.

In July, CISA announced its partnership with the Ukrainian State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP).

"The Ukraine Government, specifically, their intelligence services, had actually entered into a memorandum of cooperation with CISA, that is the US federal government, back in July of 2022," Winters continued.

"So I think what we're seeing today is a perfect example of really all of the money that Ukraine has spent plowing into various United States lobbying firms, but also these formal government agreements and government arrangements to really push collaboration between our two countries really coming into fruition…So you see, you know…several high profile conservative accounts are getting censored."

Last week, an edition of Musk's "Twitter Files," shared by Matt Taibbi, further solidified that DHS subcommittees censored what they called "misinformation" on the platform.
