Far-left propagandist Aaron Rupar has been suspended from Twitter, causing many left-leaning accounts to seethe in anger. Rupar had almost 800,000 followers.

Journalist Yashar Ali reports that Rupar has not received any correspondence from Twitter, nor does he know why he was suspended.

Journalist Glenn Greenwald roasted leftists for not applying their typical talking point about how Twitter is a private company and can do whatever it pleases.

It's been speculated that the suspension was the result of doxxing Elon Musk's jet. Other prominent leftist accounts suspended Thursday night include Donie O'Sullivan, Drew Harwell, and Keith Olbermann.

Rupar is best known for his selectively edited viral clips that are intended to make conservatives look bad. But he is also notorious for screwing up basic facts, as evidenced by Matt Palumbo's epic thread "Aaron Rupar owning himself."

In a series of tweets, Palumbo showed Rupar's contradictions. In July 2019, Rupar tweeted that Trump said he was a first responder during the 9/11 tragedy when New York's World Trade Towers were struck by a plane and collapsed, killing more than 3,000 people. What Trump actually said, as Tim Pool pointed out, what that he did not consider himself to be a first responder.

Rupar's disinformation has even been used by the CCP.

Rupar tweeted with glee after Election Day 2020 that ushered in the Biden administration, showing a photo of a large crowd in DC, saying that it was "party time outside the White House." But he also posted a shot of crowds swarming a football field after a win, saying "not ideal during a worsening pandemic." Rupar did not seem to be aware of the contradiction, that he was applauding crowds cheering one thing, and decrying crowds cheering something else.

Rupar is also notorious for failing to apply the same standards to Democrats as he does to Republicans.
