MUST WATCH: Joe Rogan says Trudeau is a 'creepy f*cking dictator' prime minister

"I thought he was a handsome fella with a good vocabulary and seems like a nice guy. Before he really leaned into the woke stuff, I thought he was a kind, sensitive guy," said Rogan.

Podcaster and comedian Joe Rogan slammed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau over his mishandling of Canada and his mistreatment of the Ottawa Freedom Convoy protestors that peacefully took over much of the capital's downtown core for three weeks.

Rogan discussed the topic with Concordia University professor and author of The Parasitic Mind Gad Saad after the topic of taxes came up, where Rogan commented that Canada's tax rates used to be higher than the USs with the understanding that healthcare and education systems would be more maintained and accessible.

"People were friendlier, it seemed like a great system... but then, when you have a creepy f*cking dictator for a prime minister, that's what he is. The way he behaves, the way he behaved during this thing, the disingenuous way that he communicated, it freaked me out, because I never thought that guy was like that," said Rogan.

Saad and Rogan had had a conversation several years back where Rogan said that he was giving the prime minister the benefit of the doubt, and even pushed back against Saad's recounting of the Omar Khadr case.

"I thought he was a handsome fella with a good vocabulary and seems like a nice guy. Before he really leaned into the woke stuff, I thought he was a kind, sensitive guy, and I thought 'that's probably a good disposition to be a leader.'" But just the way he labelled those truckers as racist for no reason, the people that were protesting against mandates, he decided that they were misogynists and racists."

"The way he did it. He just cast a pejorative label on them with no evidence, with no provocation, it was just like 'I'm going to label them this so that I can impose laws to stop them from doing what is essentially a peaceful protest,'" said Rogan.

The UFC commentator has had a lot to say about Trudeau since the protests took place in February. In that month, Rogan told guest Dave Smith that Trudeau was making claims against truckers without evidence.

"And the way Trudeau talks about people who are unvaccinated ... he says that they were misogynists and racists."

"You're in the demonized class, all of a sudden," Smith said.

"You are deciding—you're taking people that have a perspective on a medical intervention, and you're deciding that you're gonna demonize them in the worst possible ways with no evidence!"

Rogan would later condemn Trudeau after his use of the Emergencies Act that allowed for the government to freeze the assets of participants.
